AGE:

Renters must be at least 25 years of age with valid driver’s license from Virginia.

INSURANCE:
If you have full coverage auto insurance, you’ll be able to insure the rental car with your insurance. Almost all insurance providers will transfer your current coverage from your vehicle to our vehicle regardless of the model/year of your car. We will verify each renters insurance in order to guarantee a reservation. (Flow Rentals does provide insurance to cover the rental car if renter does not have transferable insurance.) In the event of any other loss or damage to the car, regardless of fault, your financial responsibility extends to the full value of the car at the time of rental, unless it’s salvage value, plus expenses for towing, storage impound fees, an administrative fee and a reasonable charge for loss of use.

DRIVER’S LICENSE:

A valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence must be presented at the time of rental. The driver’s license must be valid for the entire rental period.

PAYMENT:
Flow Rentals accepts the following payments

(CREDIT, DEBIT CASHAPP AND ZELLE IS NOW ACCEPTED)

RENTAL DURATION:
All rentals are billed in 24 hours windows. For example, a 2-day rental from Saturday at 9:00 AM will be required to be returned on Monday at 9:00 AM. We grant a 1 hour grace period for all rentals after which an hourly charge of $30 per hour is billed.

RENTAL & SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDS:
DEPOSIT IS REFUNDED 1-4 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER DROP OFF AFTER OUR TEAM INSPECTS THE CAR FOR DAMAGES AND SMOKING. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR FULL DEPOSIT BACK IF ALL THE RULES ARE FOLLOWED, NO LATENESS AND CAR IS DROPPED OFF AT RIGHT LOCATION. IF CAR IS IMPOUNDED BY POLICE FOR ANY REASON DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST. IF YOU LET SOMEBODY DRIVE THE CAR DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST

SMOKING:

All vehicles on Flow Rentals fleet are considered non smoking rental cars. Smoking in any vehicle will result in loss of rental deposit!

CANCELLATION:

You must cancel more than 24 hours in advance or you will be charged a minimum of one day rental charges plus taxes and appropriate fee
